In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, helping customers find exactly what they need while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Stock shelves with merchandise, ensure products are priced correctly, and organize displays to drive sales.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately at the register, handle cash and card payments, and maintain a balanced till.
- Customer Engagement: Answer product inquiries, suggest add-ons, and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor manager and team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Needed: We provide on-the-job training; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to show up on time and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
