Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and trend expertise
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales goals
- Execute floor recovery and store cleanliness protocols
- Assist with special weekend promotions and events
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system knowledge
- 18+ years of age
- Valid work authorization required
