Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store atmosphere
- Manage inventory through stock rotation, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational readiness
- Participate in weekend floor coverage, including opening/closing procedures
- Actively contribute to achieving weekly sales targets through upselling techniques
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and passion for creating positive customer interactions
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Drive location
- Must pass background check and provide valid ID
