Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise areas, ensuring products are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and stockrooms.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
