Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to meet visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in processing stock orders.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and safe.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend shifts).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
