Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and organization of new stock.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
