Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every customer, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and inventory reconciliation.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately using our state-of-the-art POS software.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking products, and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure store goals are met.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Students are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new software systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
