Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and answering product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are up-to-date and appealing.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for at least 12 hours per week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is not required but is helpful for local inventory runs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
