Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise products to maintain an appealing store layout and visual standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in restocking inventory and performing daily store maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
