As a Weekend Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, creating memorable shopping experiences while supporting store operations. This role requires weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) with evening shifts typically running 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. No prior experience neededâfull training provided!
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and product replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) and evenings
