- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging in-store experience
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and evening hours (4 PM-10 PM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
