Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure store displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and receiving shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
