Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Answer phone inquiries and assist with online order pickups.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for at least 20 hours.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
