Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shifts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash and credit payments with strict accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes.
