Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Operate opening/closing procedures including store readiness and safety checks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandise displays
Qualifications
- Available for evening (4 PM-10 PM) and weekend shifts with reliable transportation
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
