Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized, clean, and attractively presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods to the store manager.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the retail floor.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
