Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing product recommendations and styling advice.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is organized, replenished, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Operate cash registers, handle returns and exchanges, and reconcile daily deposits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms.
- Stay informed about current inventory levels and product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and POS system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
