Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash handling and balancing procedures with precision.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Perform general store maintenance duties as needed during shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore, TX location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
