- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients via email and chat during off-peak hours.
- Data Entry & Organization: Maintain accurate records of weekend transactions and client interactions.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous checks on weekend deliverables to ensure brand consistency.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in scheduling weekend events and coordinating remote team activities.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly performance reports highlighting weekend productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and professional reliability.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Location: Must reside in San Francisco, CA or be willing to work 100% remotely.
