- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
- Manage inventory by performing regular stock checks and organizing merchandise according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
