As a key member of our weekend operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Whether you are assisting with sales, managing inventory, or maintaining store standards, your contribution matters.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Stock and organize merchandise to ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while resolving customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
