Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during peak weekend hours.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data entry and processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Perform light physical labor, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix, AZ location.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new systems.
