Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every client and visitor in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and ensure operational excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, such as lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
