Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding availability and pricing.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing payments and handling returns.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash drops and facility checks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (students are welcome).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville, GA location.
- Flexibility to work varying weekend shifts, including holidays.
