Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash or digital payments.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and organization of new stock deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic store maintenance duties, including cleaning and organizing the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
