Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products they need.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and organize displays to ensure a clean shopping environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
