Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the front of the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to maintain high visual standards.
- Clean and organize work areas, including restrooms and break rooms, to ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
