Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Assist in maintaining safety standards and store policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehousing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the location.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
