- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on office equipment and update software as needed.
- User Training: Assist colleagues with new software installations and general IT procedures.
- Report Management: Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all access points adhere to our data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals (1+ years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
