Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain the IT asset inventory and perform regular system backups.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations for weekend staff.
- Monitor helpdesk tickets and respond to urgent user inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Conduct routine security audits and patch management to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to troubleshoot escalated issues and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new software rapidly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation is required.
