Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Document cases using Zendesk and Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex solutions
- Conduct weekend on-site installations and maintenance
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years IT support or helpdesk experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and weekends (PT) or full schedule (FT)
- Valid California driver's license for client visits
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
