Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including seating and decoration arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue protocols
- Collaborate with team to execute seamless event transitions
- Support post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Reliable transportation to various San Antonio venues
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check
