Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, concerts, and corporate events
- Manage guest check-ins and venue crowd control efficiently
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event setup/breakdown
- Maintain a safe, clean environment throughout your shift
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve attendee concerns promptly
- Document inventory and supplies using our mobile app
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8-12 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations within Philly
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
