Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including seating, signage, and decoration
- Provide directional support and information to event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with vendors and on-site event coordinators
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor issues
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment recovery
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, crowded environments
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans geography (training provided)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check
