Responsibilities

- Manage ticket scanning, guest check-in, and venue access control

- Collaborate with security and venue management teams
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible hours
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in active environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
