Responsibilities
- Deliver packages efficiently using provided e-bike or scooter
- Maintain GPS tracking and delivery confirmation via mobile app
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs
- Follow safe cycling/driving protocols in all weather conditions
- Complete 15-20 deliveries per shift (4-6 hour blocks)
- Verify recipient identity and package integrity
- Report delivery issues and route obstacles promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid driver's license or state ID
- Reliable smartphone with data plan and GPS
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and navigate stairs
- Strong sense of direction and Seattle geography knowledge
- Available both Saturday and Sunday shifts (9AM-6PM)
- Basic English communication skills
- No prior delivery experience required
- Must pass background check
