Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and shipment data into our digital management systems.
- Assist in maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Process incoming customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on satisfaction.
- Perform routine quality checks on data entries to ensure high standards of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
