Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Manage high-volume weekend transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising during evening shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and presentation excellence
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining positive customer relationships
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and evenings (until 10 PM)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to South Charlotte location
