Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone during evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage customer accounts, process orders, and resolve inquiries efficiently with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Update customer records in the CRM database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Evenings and Weekends (e.g., Friday-Monday).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
