Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Assist customers with technical product questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a significant plus.
