Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to keep the store organized and appealing.
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
