Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash handling with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining store organization standards.
- Open and close the shift according to established security and operational checklists.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless customer experience during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of people.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
