Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails regarding products, orders, and general account information with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Problem Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in line with company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity across the weekend shift.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere strictly to operational scripts and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A track record of being punctual and dependable.
