Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to ensure seamless customer flow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise organization.
- Cashier duties: process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash handling with strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support weekend events and promotional activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment that reflects our brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale (POS) systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
