Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and processing returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is secure by following all safety and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
