Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and answer customer questions regarding policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with visual merchandising and keeping the sales floor looking its best.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 25lbs).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred for students).
