Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Answer phone inquiries and handle customer questions regarding products and services.
- Assist in inventory management and stock room organization during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly on weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
