Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to shoppers, answering questions and helping locate products efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges with a friendly demeanor.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and fully stocked throughout the weekend shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash registers responsibly and balance drawers at the end of the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
