Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a superior shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
