Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves to maintain visual appeal and product availability.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, tidy, and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior retail or customer service experience is required; we train you!
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
